Product Description
Self-lubrication bearing used steel plate as base, agglomerated by bronze globular powder, surface rolled the mixture of PTFE and the lead is a sliding bearing made by reeling, characterized by low friction factor, wearing proof, well corrosion resistance and oil free lubrication. The use of product has many advantages of reducing cost, decreasing mechanical volume, avoiding the phenomenon of gnawing shaft, cutting down mechanical noise and so on. At present, it has been widely applied to various mechanical sliding positions such as press, spinning and weaving machine, tobacco plant machine, healthy equipment, hydraulic pressure transit vehicle, micro motor, automobile, motorcycle, farming and forestry machine and so on. It may supply the products: Upright liner, turn-up shaft sleeve, plate, shaft tile, slide and steel liner combinetion.

Material Features:
High wear resistance and low friction even only minute quantities of lubricant are supplied, the bearing surface carries a pattern of circular indents which should be filled with grease on assembly. Now this materials haven been widely used in metallurgy machinery, mine machinery, water conservancy industries, automotive, agriculture machinery, rolling mill etc which for rotary and oscillating movement.
Structure:
SF-2 triple-layer composite material has a copper-plated steeI base and a sintered in bronze layer . The POM top layer solidly joined to the sintered bronze. This surface layer is provided with many oiI indentations. The diameter of the indentation is 2.5~3.0mm and the depth is 0.3~0.5mm. Before assembly. they are filled with Iubricating grease.
